Maria Michaela Cooper was born in Timisoara, Romania in 1998. She has a bachelor’s in Painting and a Master’s in Adevertising and Book Grephics from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of West Timisoara. In 2022 she started her collaboration with Liceul Teoretic Babel, a private school in Timisoara based on NVC and experiential learning where she is an English Literature and Arts in English teacher for the high school classes. Versalia is her first published illustrated book. She is currently working on writing a fiction novel, painting and raising her dog.
