Ildikó Berecz is an internationally known alchemist, aromatherapist, artisan distiller passionate about the transformative power of raising consciousness in the field of integrated multidisciplinary personalized practices for health and well-being. Born and raised in Hungary, she holds a BA in business economics and the credits of an accomplished life of a successful businesswoman travelling internationally. Shifting energies just before she turns 42, reborn from the experiences of naturally healing from endometriosis, Ildikó moves to Greece while pursuing continued formal studies.

Trained and certified in several branches of the art and science of healing therapies, Ildikó also brings 30 years of aromatherapy experience, gradually transitioning from personal daily wellness rituals to professionally administered life-changing practices, developing her bespoke style and approach, and pursuing an authentic aromatic path less travelled. For over a decade, she has conducted research in Crete, living and working with local medicinal plants. She is a plant communicator, Earth steward, aromatic grower, forager, herbalist, artisan distiller, and a practitioner of herbal medicine, aromatherapy, botanical perfumery, aromatic medicine, and bodywork.

Her work, spanning community support and education, retreats, workshops, consultations, and articles, is recognized globally. She has been an instructor at The School for Aromatic Studies and lectured at international conferences such as Budapest DROPS, Aromatica Australia, The Aroma Summit by Aroma Trust, and the Aromatic Hologram organized by Aromatika Magazine. Ildikó’s ever-changing fieldwork offers guidance, coaching, and mentoring through the plant world and facilitates ceremonial self-discovery journeys to encourage people who want to engage more with nature and plants.
