Ο Βένος Καρατζόγλου, PhD, MBA είναι μέλος ΕΔΙΠ στο τμήμα Οικονομικών Επιστημών του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας όπου διδάσκει Αξιολόγηση Επενδύσεων, Λογιστική, και Σύνταξη Οικονομοτεχνικών Μελετών με χρήση λογιστικών φύλλων. Είναι μέλος ΣΕΠ του ΕΑΠ και επισκέπτης καθηγητής στο Διεθνές Πανεπιστήμιο Ελλάδος, με διεθνή ερευνητική και συγγραφική δραστηριότητα.

Benjamin Karatzoglou holds a PhD in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of the Aegean, Greece, and has built a distinguished career at the intersection of sustainability, education, and business. For over three decades, he has taught extensively in Greece and abroad, delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in strategic accounting, finance, sustainable tourism, and environmental management across a range of Greek and international academic institutions.

Alongside his academic work, Dr Karatzoglou has sustained a long-standing engagement with standardised aptitude tests. Since the early 1990s, he has advised and coached candidates preparing for competitive exams such as the GMAT, GRE, the EU’s EPSO selection tests, and the Greek ASEP civil service exams, offering guidance grounded in cognitive theory, logical reasoning, and strategic problem-solving. His contributions in this field have led to the publication of two best-selling books in Greece, acclaimed for their clarity, realism, and pedagogical depth.

Blending analytical rigour with practical experience, Dr Karatzoglou brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to test preparation, instilled in this book to help candidates sharpen their cognitive edge and navigate the new EPSO assessment process with method, confidence, and efficiency.
